The Taiqi Seiko high pressure vortex blower is also called air ring vacuum pump. The vortex blower can be regareded as the high pressure vortex blower which the wind pressure is 30kPa~200kPa or the compression ratio e is 1.3~3 and it is different from the  centrifugal high pressure vortex blower. The high-pressure vortex blower has no other parts apart from the impeller, and the impeller is directly connected to the motor, with no gear or belt drive and which makes the high pressure vortex blower durable, realiable and maintainence-free.

1. The shell of TQG high pressure vortex blower is made of high quality and high rigity aluminum alloy precision die-cast moldingand it features lightweight, good corrosion resistance and it never get rusty.
2. The air inlet of the high pressure vortex blower is equipped with the filterwhich could filter mud impurities effectively and keep the fan inside clean.
3. The sound damping sponge is installed in the wind pipe in order to reduce vibration and noise effectively.
4. The bearings adopt imported fully sealed steel bearings which features high temperature resistance and strong abrasion resistance.

Precautions

1. The high pressure vortex blower must be installed in the room without being harassed by wind and rain.
2. The ambient temperature: ≤40℃
3. The relative humidity: ≤80%
4. If the air contains acid, alkalineand other corrosive or flammable gases, the high pressure vortex blower should not be operated.
5. The high pressure vortex blower should not be uesd in such occassions with a lot of dust, powder or fiber. If necessary, please install a filter, and clean the dust attached to the filter and the interior of the high pressure blower regularly.
