Materials of Square Mounted Orthogonal Shaft Small Gear Motor

1. The shell of the hypoid gear is made of aluminum alloy and id treated by shot blasting and anti-corrosion treatment in order to increase the corrosion-proof. The RAL9022 silver grey coating is sprayed after phosphating treatment.
2. The gear is made of carburizing steel after carburizing and quenching. The hardness of the tooth surface is 56-62HRC and the thickness of carburized layer after grinding is 0.3mm-0.5mm.
3. The coil adopts100% pure copper wire coil with high insulation grade and high temperature resistance.

Precautions

1. Do not hit the output shaft with a toolwhen connecting gears, pulleys, and other transmission mechanisms on the output shaft of the gear, orit will cause damage to the inside of the reducer.
2. Please confirm the rotation direction When connecting with other machines. The reducer will be demaged in wrong direction.
3. Do not operate the motor with the terminal box cover open.
4. Do not allow the brake to adhere to water or grease, otherwise there may be risk of loss of control due to brake failure.
